Design method in Next Design

With Next Design, not only can you handle various models created for each process in one project, but you can also design efficiently across processes.

Here, we will explain the design method that takes advantage of the features of Next Design.

You can design by displaying the model of the previous and next processes on two screens

In general, the model designed in each process is designed by inputting the model of the pre-process, so it is often checked across the models of the pre-process and the post-process. Next Design not only allows you to view the two models side by side in the main and sub editors, as well. The main editor and sub-editor can be linked, and the model displayed in the sub-editor is automatically switched according to the state of the main editor, so you can quickly check the model of the previous and next processes.

Can be designed while associating with the model of the previous process

In Next Design, trace information (derivation related) can be automatically recorded by creating (deriving) a model of the post-process by inputting the model of the pre-process. For example, when designing a system structure using a system use case as an input, you can add system components related to that use case by dragging and dropping the use case that appears in the use case diagram onto the system structure diagram. .. At the same time, trace information is automatically recorded between the use case and the system components, eliminating the need to manually add trace information later and preventing omission of trace information.

The above details are explained on the next page.
