The following describes the floating license for the cloud version.

The setup procedure for using the cloud version of the floating license is as follows.

You need to be able to connect to the cloud server that manages floating licenses from the Next Design execution environment.

If your organization's firewall restricts connections, follow the instructions below to add the specified IP address to the firewall's destination whitelist to allow network connections from within your organization to cloud servers.

2. Product key contact

Please contact the user with the product key provided on the registration information notice.

The product key is different for each edition. Please check the registration information notice for the correspondence between the product key and the edition.

Operation

Check license usage

The system administrator can check the license usage status from the browser. The information that the system administrator can check is as follows.

• Current license usage/maximum available
• License activation status
• The name of the machine currently using the license

Operation procedure

1. Access https://dcinc.cryptlex.app/ with a browser to display the login screen.
2. For [Email] and [Passowrd] on the login screen, enter the [Email] and [Password] shown in the registration information notification.
3. Click the [nnn/mmm Activations] (*) link in the Activations column.
4. A list of machines currently using the license will be displayed.

(*) In nnn/mmm, the current number and the maximum number that can be used are displayed.

Renew your license

There is no need to renew the license, such as extending the expiration date or adding the maximum number of simultaneous connections. The license information is updated when the shipping notification arrives, so you can use the floating license as it is.
